If, after all, men cannot always make history have meaning, they can always act so their own lives have one.

Values at Heart

The code for your free values profile will be live from 1-14th February and you are very welcome to share the link with family, friends and colleagues if you would like to.

Working with the online tool is not particularly quick so if at all possible allocate 40-45 minutes of uninterrupted quiet time to complete your values inventory.

There are no right and wrong answers just values that you prefer and prioritise over others. Your answers will provide some insight into your motivations and thinking at the point that you completed the inventory. Your profile report is confidential and will only be seen by you.

Research shows that people who are consciously connected with their priority values are better equipped to lead with authenticity, suffer less from stress and find planning for the future more straightforward than people who are unaware of their personal priority values. All of which makes what you are about to do well worth the time it takes to make your way through the tool.

1. If it will be your first time using the AVI (A Values Inventory), click on "New Users Click Here". When you get to the Contact Details page, there's a space to enter a UserID and Password. Your UserID has to be unique, so you may be told that the first one you choose is already in use.
2. If you are returning to the AVI enter your username and password as before.
3. There is no final "Submit" button - your responses are stored progressively as you click the "Next" button.
4. If you stop at any point and log back on later, you will be taken to the page immediately before where you left off. Your responses to that point will have been saved.
5. When logging back on, if you forget your UserID/Password enter your email address in the space provided, click on "Submit", and they will be sent to you.
6. Should you redo the AVI at some point in the future, you will find that your responses from the previous time have been saved.
7. Be thoughtful in selecting your answers and pause as often as you like.

At the end you will be able to download and save your personal Values at Heart profile report.

At the end of the campaign you will receive one further email from Magma Effect to share with you the results of the overall campaign and provide suggestions about how you can take working with values further should that be of interest to you. The final email will also give you details about how you can to take advantage of a free trial of my31Practices.com if you wish. Neither Magma Effect nor Minessence will use your contact information for promotional emails and your contact information will not be shared with any other individuals or organisations.

All good wishes on behalf of the members of Minessence Group UK - Anne-Marie, Alix, Beaulah, Fiona, Juliet, Louise Val , me (Jackie) and Alan of my31practices.com.
